We design your kitchen through conversation and curiosity. We put who you are, what you need, into what we do – planing it into our cabinetry, designing and building it into the space.
We walk with you from Discovery to Design to Installation, each step grounded in decades of fabricating and importing know-how, years spent sharpening our craft, ingraining diligence and foresight throughout.
Disciplined in the arts of Quality and Care, we take only a select few projects, bringing complete commitment to each. We begin with a conversation and find our way to something remarkable, something that moves you.
01. Conversation
Whether you’re a design professional or a homeowner, we begin with a conversation. Seamlessly moving through a list of questions curated to understand your vision, we’ll start to shape your dream kitchen. Subject to final design and alterations, you can expect our initial quote to fall within 10% of the final cost.
02. Discovery
When you’re ready to move forward, a 25% design deposit takes us into the collaborative creative process. A project manager will visit your space to absorb its character and collect precise measurements. Our design team will then develop detailed plans, laying the groundwork for a kitchen that feels as though it has always belonged. Each design revision takes 10-15 days, ensuring every detail is just so.
03. Creation
Once you’re happy with every element of the design, a 35% payment is made, and our artisans get to work with their raw materials. Production and shipping typically take 16-22 weeks. Throughout this time, we focus on making sure your space is properly prepared and ready to receive what we’re crafting.
04. Arrival
When your kitchen arrives, a 30% payment is made and we’ll contact you and your team to arrange delivery. On the day of delivery, we will be onsite to check each individual piece as it’s unloaded by our white glove delivery team into your home.
05. Installation
Using the same precision and care as our makers, our installers are guided by your project manager to make sure each element is perfectly placed. Final payment is made upon completion, but not before we walk through your new space, ensuring it meets our exacting standards and your vision.
06. Aftercare
For those seeking reassurance, our aftercare plans extend our commitment into the years ahead.
Quality that endures
Our commitment extends beyond creation, so if any issue arises, you can rely on our service manager to fix it. Should imperfections appear from the manufacturing or transportation, we restore furniture at no cost, bringing each piece back to its intended state.
Our 10-Year Limited Warranty serves kitchens built for residential spaces across mainland America. For Toyo Kitchen Style, the warranty covers the Spiga Tre and iNO collections. For other Toyo furniture, we provide tailored coverage to protect your home for years to come.
